2. Payments
All services require full payment in advance unless otherwise agreed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors.
3. Service Process & Delivery
3.1 Order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after payment.
3.2 Our team will contact you within 24 – 48 hours to begin your project.
3.3 All services are delivered digitally via email, downloadable files, or live project links.
3.4 Clients must provide accurate information, content, and requirements. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not our responsibility.
3.5 Additional revisions or changes outside initial scope may incur extra charges.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Service not delivered within promised timeframe
- Major issues or failure in service delivery
- Service significantly different from description
Refunds will be processed within 7 – 30 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Work has been completed and approved
- Client fails to provide required information
- Delay is caused by the client
- Change of mind after work has started
5. Communication

Final deliverables become client property after full payment. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio.
