Refund Policy

All services provided by QwikPay Linx are digital services including logo design, web design, Shopify development, and related services. No physical products are shipped.


1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Service not delivered within the promised timeframe
  • Major issues or failure in service delivery
  • Service significantly different from description

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following conditions:

  • Work has already been completed and delivered
  • Client approves the work or final design
  • Delay caused by the client (missing content, no response, etc.)
  • Change of mind after project has started
  • Failure to provide required information or access

3. Service-Based Refund Conditions

Logo Design Services:

  • Refund available only before final design approval

Web Design / Shopify Development:

  • Refund available only if project has not progressed significantly
  • No refund after development work has been completed

Landing Page / Website Redesign:

  • Refund applicable only before final delivery

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us with your order details and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 30 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to review and approve or reject refund requests based on the conditions outlined above.


5. Communication

All refund-related queries must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
