1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Service not delivered within the promised timeframe
- Major issues or failure in service delivery
- Service significantly different from description
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following conditions:
- Work has already been completed and delivered
- Client approves the work or final design
- Delay caused by the client (missing content, no response, etc.)
- Change of mind after project has started
- Failure to provide required information or access
3. Service-Based Refund Conditions
Logo Design Services:
- Refund available only before final design approval
Web Design / Shopify Development:
- Refund available only if project has not progressed significantly
- No refund after development work has been completed
Landing Page / Website Redesign:
- Refund applicable only before final delivery

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 30 business days to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to review and approve or reject refund requests based on the conditions outlined above.
